Refosk

Refosk is a wine of deep ruby color, rich and highly aromatic, with pronounced aromas of dark fruit, plums and subtle spicy notes such as pepper and dark chocolate.

On the palate it is characterized by freshness, a full body, and well-rounded, polished tannins that provide a refined finish without excessive sharpness.

It is recommended with grilled dishes and roasted meats; it pairs excellently with traditional Istrian cuisine and homemade pasta, as well as with cheese platters and dishes in mushroom sauces.

The optimal serving temperature is between 15 and 18 °C (59 and 64 °F).
