Cuvée

Cuvée is a harmonious blend of three grape varieties, consisting of 40% Teran, 30% Merlot and 30% Refosk, where strength, elegance and fruitiness come together to create a unique and well-balanced wine.

The bouquet opens with aromas of ripe cherries and blackberries, followed by notes of plum, dark forest berries and subtle hints of vanilla, black pepper and dark chocolate.

On the palate, it is full-bodied with a rich structure and smooth, well-rounded tannins. Teran brings freshness and vibrancy, Merlot adds softness and body, while Refosk completes the blend with its distinctive fruit character and a long, lingering finish.

Its excellent balance makes it a perfect companion to grilled steaks, roasted lamb and veal, game dishes, pasta with rich meat sauces, mushroom risotto, and mature cheeses.

For the best tasting experience, serve at 15–18 °C (59–64 °F) to allow the wine to fully express its aromatic complexity and depth of flavour.
