Rosé

Rosé is a fresh, pastel, softly pink wine.

In addition to its beautiful color, it offers aromas evoking fresh strawberries, raspberries and sometimes subtle floral hints.

On the palate it is light, lively and very drinkable; it delivers refreshing acidity and a mild fruity sweetness that never dominates, providing a pleasant balance of freshness and fruit character.

Thanks to its lightness, it is an ideal choice for summer meals, salads, cold starters and delicate fish dishes.

Best served chilled at 10 to 12 °C (50 to 54 °F).
